The magnetic suspension system is a typical nonlinear system,specially when the sensor exists warm floating and time floating,the system parameters change as well as the outside existence perturbation,the vibration,the electromagnetic interference and so on,the misalignment characteristic is unnegligible, simultaneously it is also a delay system,and the fit or unfit qualities of its performance are decided by controller's characteristic.Regarding the traditional PID controller,in the magnetic suspension,the parameter perturbation and the outside indefinite disturbance are the thorny questions;Moreover the PID parameter's environment have decided such conditions that when debugging programs will reduce its debugging speed and the accuracy greatly,particularly using traditional PID control algorithm,proportion,integral,differentiator's determination will be nearly depending on the obtained experience.Therefore,how can fast,highly effective and accurately designate these values is one of main research points of this article.In view of the above questions,this article takes the magnetic suspension plane sheet as the object of study,using the characteristic of the LabVIEW visualization operation,the data detection and gathering,at the same time utilizing the function of the MATLAB formidable data analysis in the magnetic suspension plane sheet system.All these enable the entire system to achieve Trinity's function of the control, the data analysis and the data detection,which construct the real-time highly effective human-machine interaction to cause the magnetic suspension control system to be quicker,a more highly effective movement.This article first builds the magnetic suspension disk sheet system laboratory bench,analyzes the mechanical design of the laboratory bench,and deals with the magnetic suspension disk sheet system model's control algorithm;Then the article just introduces the hardware and software designof the magnetic suspension disk sheet system,simultaneously designs the integral separation formula digit PID controller.The designed controller's principal advantage lies in that when overall system's parameter exists big perturbation and the external interference is strong,we join an integration element to the system so as to eliminate the static difference and increase the control precision, simultaneously which is also advantageous for the PID parameter the online installation.Therefore,this article carries out the simulation with MATLAB to the design digital PID controller,and analyzes its control effect.The simulation result indicated:Compared with the classics PID controller,the improvement digital PID controller causes the magnetic suspension system to reduce over 10%,and the control time also to reduce 8%.On the other hand we confirm the effect of the above control method through the experiment,and the experimental result indicated:the improved digital PID controller has achieved the anticipated effect.Finally from the angle of the system against robust,in the platform of the Wuhan University of Science and Technology magnetic suspension,we carry on the antijamming experiment with the BK vibration Instrument which simulates countermeasure signal,so as to further confirm control effect of the improved digital PID controller.The BK vibration experiment's result indicated:Using the integral separation formula PID controller causes the magnetic suspension disk sheet control system to lower the frequency value 3%by absorption of unwanted signal partial energy.A series of experiments show that the advanced PID controller and the algorithm enable the magnetic suspension disk sheet system to have a better stability and robustness.
