Gprs Communication In The Street Light System In The Research And Application

City Lamp Control system is an essential public establishment to people's lives. The level of its' running quality somewhat indicates the economic state of the whole city, and influences city's outer appearance. Many cities have upgraded their city Lamp Control system. GPRS have the characteristics of forever on-line,quickly register,the fee according to the flow,the freedom hand over. The City Lamp Control System based on GPRS get over troubles of the taditional wire and wireless system .In this thesis the application of GPRS to City Lamp Control System was discussed. The thesis introduced the basic systemic configuration and characteristic of GPRS. Based on the test of AT commands, communications with two GPRS modules each other was made.The thesis then discussed the application of GPRS. A GPRS communications setting of City Lamp Control System and solution of data center connection was made.Lastly, the new communication protocols between substation and data center was brought forward. This system was applied to the city of NingBo,the thesis put forward the realization of system's truss as a whole and designed the soft ware of Data Service Center.
