Design And Realization Of Laboratory Teaching Management System In Fujian Normal University

Experimental teaching in colleges and universities is an important part of higher education, in the daily teaching management work, the management of experimental teaching is also important content. At present, most universities have implemented the daily teaching management work by using the information technology, but the informatization construction work of the experimental teaching is relatively behind. This thesis combines with the current experimental teaching management situation of Concord University College Fujian Normal University, it discusses the application of information technology, aimes to develop an experimental management system which suitable for the college.This thesis discusses the design and implementation process of experiment management system in detail, and a complete development plan is given.The plan puts forward developping experimental management system based on three layers structure by using ASP.NET technology and combining with SQL Server database and Visual Studio platform. The system based on the plan includes following funtion moudles: course administrator module, experimental teacher module, student module, academic administrator module and system administrator module. Among them, the course administrator module discusses the implementation of experimental course scheduling, and also gives the implementation algorithm of the scheduling; The experimental teachers module discusses the implementation of the lab reports online reviewing and performance management; The student module gives an implementaion plan of ordering experiment project and submitting experiment report; In addition, this thesis also discusses the implementaion process of the moudles including teachers’ workload statistics, performance statistics, etc. In the later of the project development, each function moudle has verified by the system test, it proves that the system meet the users’ need, and the design and development objectives are achieved in the thesis.At present, the experiment management system has run formally in the continuing education school ofConcord University College Fujian Normal University, from the actual operation situation to see, the usage of the system not only reduces the workload of experiment teaching adminstrator, makes the teacher have more time and energy on the experimental teaching, but also by making the students elective experiment independently, indirectly stimulates the students’ interest in experiment, and improves the experimental teaching effect.
