Research And Analysis On The Teacher 's Workload Management System Of Xinhui Electrical And Mechanical Vocational Technical School In Jiangmen City

The teachers’workload management system is a set of systems the school develops via the computer and network technology for management of routine operations of secondary vocational school’s educational administration. The traditional statistical management by handwork has drawbacks such as low efficiency, liability to errors, high difficulty in data archiving and disadvantage in reference by teachers, and so forth. With the popularization of modern computer technology and the advancement of digitized campus construction, it is imperative to replace manual operation with modernized technology. Therefore, developing teachers’business management system is a very important project in modernized educational management and of profound significance.The paper has conducted the research and the analysis of the teachers’workload management system. In business analysis, the original teachers’management business process is analyzed, the existing problems are pointed out specifically, and a business process reengineering is implemented; in function analysis, through data flow analysis and data dictionary, the paper defines the system’s functions, presents the system’s overall functional framework and the structure of all the functional modules including eight major functional modules-schedule arrangement, online leave processing, evaluation of Teachers, the workload of calculation, teachers’performance issue and audit, inquiry function, users to add and modify, data backup and maintenance; in data analysis, the paper analyzes all the data of all system functions that need to be processed, presents the E-R diagram and builds a database list structure. Finally, the paper makes a summary of all the research and analytic work done, and looks into the prospect of further work.
