Research And Analysis On Examination Management System Of Grade Examination In Jiangmen Vocational And Technical College

As the traditional grade examination management is very complicated, set and registered the examination projects from each department, class, student, summarized and checked the data by educational administration office, arranged examination affairs, finally issued examination notice or admission ticket, a lot of data processing, thus the entire workload is bigger. If still through the artificial operation, not only prone to error, and also bring many problems for the late audit work, even affect the operation of the entire examination affairs. Therefore, to improve the entire workflow and data classification, study and establish an examination management system has a certain significance.This thesis introduced the grade examination management system’s research background, project significance and the current status of research and application, defined the content and the main thesis.For business analysis, analyzed the system problems, organizational structure, business processes, provided the reconstructed business processes. For data analysis, analyzed the various system function data to be processed,, provided the E-R diagrams, established the database table structure. For function analysis, defined the system function through data stream analysis and data dictionary, provided the overall system function architecture and the structure of each functional module, including the functional module of the grade examination registered management. The main module of the system contain user management, rights management, examination projects, class registration, information statistics, set up the examination rooms, arranged invigilators, examination data printing. Revolved around the process of the grade examination management, combined the various modules to achieve the grade examination management information. Finally, summarized the research work, looked the further work in this thesis.
