Television news talk show is a new form of programs in recent year, although belonging to the conversation class program categories, it appears in strong timeliness hot news events and take social events as topic and content, make a diverse perspective interpretation of the news topic event by live guest on programs in the interview and the host having a collision in talking with each other, in order to assure some reflection and comprehension to the audience. "People in the news" in CCTV-channel and phoenix satellite TV "three pedestrians in QiangQiang" has gained great attention in public. Scholars always study programs from the theory of news transmission, but rarely do the conversation analysis research from the field of linguistics. This paper uses Harvey Sucks proposed conversation analysis theories, helps the author systematically study two conversational program.The author uses relevant theories of conversation analyses, based on the phase of the program in "People in the news" and "three pedestrians in Qiang Qiang", through the video transfer program, using comparative analysis and text analysis, count up the correlation of effective data.This thesis firstly makes the detailed elaboration in the text and interactive mode (the overall structure of the session) based on the two programs. Then analyses the local structure of programs, carries on the research from claim turn, holding turn, feedback the project, host language etc, and makes effective and relevant statistical data. Finally based on the data record, this paper will show the difference between the two programs due to the different discourse ideology and communication pattern in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland.
