TV talk show has its especial communication advantages including knowledgeable guests, the prevalence of topic as well as high cultural tastes. Based on context studies, the author has conducted the research into the relationship between TV talk show and the TV program host.The languages of the compere and the development of the TV program depend on the context which includes implicit and explicit context. There are some factors restricting indirectly the language of compere in implicit context including individual context and social context. Explicit context included program context and topic context, and directly restrained and affected the language of the compere. It is the prominent characteristic in TV show program that guests conducted a serious and intense "face", and audiences can get the joy and benefits from mind communications and the language skill practice during the course of guests debate. TV elite programs could cope with the change of contexts from two aspects. Interaction principle is the first aspect. The show host must cultivate interactive in the beginning, middle and end of the programs Harmonious principle is the second one. It performance specificly in every possible points.The most important characteristic of TV elite programs is the exchange of guests' minds.When guests exchange their minds, host must follow the harmoniours primciple.On one hand,host can balance the right of guests'discourse, on the other hand the points that people like can be found, so that programe can be proceeded by the planed development. Only based on the understanding of context connotation, element, main feature, and the host language activities conform to the requirements and characteristics of context,the host language capability and charm can be showed compeletly so that promoting program quality and the development of Tv elite programs can be actrully realized.
