Design And Implementation Of Virtual Reality Kitchen Equipment Purchase Service Platform

Nowadays, the services are only confined to some words and pictures showed in 2d space while costumers choosing kitchen equipment, which severely limits the users'perception and cognitive needs. Virtual Reality technology has solved this problem. As a top skill, virtual reality technology is raised as a new comprehensive information technology at the end of 20th century, integrating together the latest achievements of computer graphics technology, computer simulation technology, and artificial intelligence, sensing technology, display technology and NPP. It is a High-tech simulation system generated by some computer. Virtual reality technology will generate a 3d virtual world by a computer, supplying feelings of visual sense, hearing, and touch sensory. This technology can also make customers observe the three-dimensional space unlimitedly, just like in a real scene.This paper mainly research on the virtual reality technology, take Java3D as core a technology, using JAVA, Applet and Servlet technology together. This paper designed a virtual reality purchase service platform of kitchen equipment based on the web technology, Integrating the project of"Visible and self-help pre-sale service platform of kitchen equipment"proposed by Guangdong province, Ministry of Education and Science and Technology cooperation leading group office. This platform supplies basic interaction demands, intuitive and convenient experiences of purchasing, depending on 3d shopping environment.
