Virtual scene is one of the most important contents of the computer graphic; it is also a hot of the virtual reality technology. And now there is a new research method of setting up a virtual random scene based on Java3D.In this paper, Virtual Reality Modeling Language, Java and other 3D modeling tools were used to developing a latest Web-based system of displaying virtual fashions.This thesis discussed the implementation of random virtual scene system based on Java3D. And this system was described in three parts. First of all, 3D model buildings were established by other 3D modeling tools and carrying by Java3D. Secondly, these 3D models were controlling by some parameters. Finally, a database management system was set up by oracle10.0.So the design of the whole system is using a three-layer of B/S system structure. And to make the development more effective, this paper explores the related knowledge of three mainstreams Web Framework: Struts, Spring and Hibernate which based on J2EE architecture.According to their features, we design the combination of the three frameworks which called SSH framework. In the SSH framework, Struts takes charge of the presentation layer, completing page displaying and answering user's requirements, Spring takes charge of business logic, completing the business logic and management of application programs, Hibernate takes charge of data persistence layer, completing interactive with the database . By this way, we can solve some problems, such as the coupling degree of codes, the maintenance of the application system, and the reusability of the components. We also can make the development more effective transplant and maintain.
