Problem of limited democracy in education theory circles is gradually warming rising hot topics in recent years, including education, the limited nature of democracy, including the national culture in the great social environment, heritage and development;Addition, while the pan-global economic and cultural hegemony,and the course of the existence and development of cultural hegemony, ethnic cultural heritage and development of neglected and marginalized.
