Research On The Administrative Coordination Of Athletes In Large - Scale Sports

China has hosted more and more large-scale sports events in recent years. The efficient operation of the athletes village is very important, which can not go without the effective administrative coordination. This paper is mainly to study the influential factors of administrative coordination of the athletes village in large-scale sports events and how to improve its efficiency.This paper is made up of five parts. This first part is the introductory part, which mainly discusses the reason and significance of the topic, the status quo of the research at home and abroad, the paper structure, research methods and the focal point. The second part starts from the basic concepts and theories, which includes the coordination, administrative coordination, the concept, classifications and features of the administrative coordination of the athletes village in the large-scale sporting events so as to provide theoretical support for the full text. The third part analyzes the administrative coordination of Nanjing Youth Olympic Games (hereinafter referred to as Nanjing YOG), including the introduction to Nanjing YOG Committee of Youth Olympic Village (hereinafter referred to as YOV),its administrative coordination and therole of administrative coordination. According to the previous part, the forth part studies the influential factors of the administrative coordination of athletes village in the large-scale sports events. The fifth part researches on innovative ways of administrative coordination to athletes villages. The whole paper mainly focuses on theories of administrative coordination and its influential factors in athletes villages in the large-scale sports events as well as effective ways to improve the efficiency.
