The great changes in East Europe and the desegregations of Soviet Russia not only hit heavily the socialistic force,but brought tremendousimpact on the communistic movement in the world,which made the socialistic career suffered serious frustration．In the turn of a hand,socialism in the world ran into the j am．But the loss of socialistic parties,dominion,especially the perdition of Soviet Communist Party didn't makethe socialistic power disappearance in the East Europe．Only a few yearslater,the socialistic power in this region grew up again and redevelop rapidly．It became an important political power which can't be sneezed atin the native political arena． The development of the socialistic power had definite representationin Russia which is regarded as legal inheritor．The study of it on one handis good for finding out and grasping the socialism situation in this area,on the other hand is propitious to master the development of Russian party politics further．Russian Communist Party as the hard core developed swiftly．It once became the first part of Russian Duma．However,during several years,the development of Russian socialistic parties,including the Communist Party,shrank sharply,which aroused distinct changes amongRussian political forces．In order to know further about the reason for success and failure of Russian socialistic force and the developmentposture in the future,the article tries to implore the status in this ten years chronologically． The text of thesis has three chapters．The first one mainly analyzes thereason for the redevelopment of the Russian socialistic force．The secondphone mainly expatiates the ruin of the Russian socialistic force and itsreason． The third one emphasizes on analyzing and foreseeing the future ofthe Russian socialistic Power．There into,the second and third chapters are the main points of this thesis．...
