Foreign Direct Investment Impact Studies Of Industrial Structural Changes In Jiangsu Province

One of the most important content of China' s economic opening is introduction of FDI. In the past twenty years , FDI has played a rather important role during the development of Jiangsu economy and has promoted the development of Jiangsu economy and society. It has brought in the capital, technology and management experience that are desperately needed during the construction of Jiangsu economy. The introduction of FDI also plays a vital part during the optimization, adjustment and promotion of the industrial structure. First, This article analyzes how FDI influences the adjustment of Jiangsu industrial structure. Second, with much data, it analyzes the present situation of how FDI distributes in three industries and how it affects the three changes of industrial structure. In the end it gives some suggestions as to how to utilize FDI to promote the upgrading of Jiangsu industrial structure.
