Study Of Physician-patient Relationship Under The New Health Care Reform As The Domain

New medical reformation program,which emerges under the conflict between Chinese health and medical system and reality,triggers the new transformation of the tension between the doctors and the patients. The relationship between the doctors and the patients is relevant with wide and much social factors. In our opinion, the problem is the product of the current period with the deepening opening and reform. Simultaneously,it is also one of the most important topics nowadays. Therefore, there are significant realistic and theoretic meanings to research and resolve the problem.The article studies the relationship between the doctors by the means of document analysis,viewed by the problems during the course of medical reformation program implementing and based on the direct influence factors.The author realizes that the new policy spurns marketization, returns to commonweal and reasonably adjust the relationship, which gradually releases the contradiction,such as"difficult to see a doctor""expensive to see a doctor ". However, many questions,sticking out in the process of impelling the new policy,would hamper the development of harmonious relationship. Accordingly,the author puts forward to some proposals and countermeasures in favor of the improvement and development of the relationship between the doctors. On one side, the hospitals should try to increase the degree of satisfication of medical services by enhancing the construction and management and improving medical ethics. On the other side, the popularity of medical and law knowledges in the patients and their families is also indispensable for harmonious relationship. Only impoving the relationship between the doctors fundamentally, the harmonious relationship could be established really.
