Research On The Reformation Of Chinese Medical Sanitary System

The reformation of Chinese medical sanitary system is an extremely important and tough task, which is relative to national economy and social development and has a basilic effect on the reformation, development and stabilization in China. The existing involved policies have not given attention to both equitableness and efficiency in medical sanitary service, and the prime contradiction is not solved by government so that the relationship of medical insurance, medical treatment, and medicine has not been harmonized, and the contradiction of the medical sanitary has been intensified. The existing researches on Chinese medical sanitary system reformation are limited to microcosmic research on one or another governmental policy, which are not systemic or comprehensive enough. The field of the research on prime contradiction is still empty. How to meet the need of the basic medical service of all the residents is still not solved at all.The innovation of this thesis is : Getting the inspire from the welfare economics this thesis surveys the goal of the present medical reformation again, and analyzes problems and contradictions in medical reformation. This thesis adjusts the governmental ideal goal and designs the reasonable present goal of policy by precedence method. In this way the fairness and accessibility of medical sanitary service will be realized thoroughly. Another innovation of the paper is that considering both Chinese conditions and foreign medical insurance system and medical innovation policy, this thesis systemically analyzes the domestic medical sanitary system under the direction of the general reformation goal in China to builds up the different medical sanitary service systems and the innovation projects adapting to the residents in cities and countries respectively.
