With the way of life and living environment change,chronic diseases with high incidence rate,high disabilityrate,high mortality,high economic burden and younger of the onset age,complications of the diversification,bring a heavy financial burden to individuals,families and society.Pathology changes of the chronic diseases base on the arterial functionstructure,and the early detection of the arterial function structure change is conducive to early diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases.Pulse wave velocity as an effective index to detect the arteriosclerosis degree,in the extent,play an importan role on the diagnosis,curative effect evaluation and prognosis of the chronic diseases.Compared with western medicine,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases.By means of the research of PWV and the other pulse parameters TCM four diagnosis and the application value of parameter identification of zang-fu organs and meridians,it is contributes to the digitized and quantitative of TCM.Based on the measurement of healthy young people pulse wave conduction velocity,it is usable for the realization of the early prediction and early treatment of chronic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine and is helpful to the development of Chinese medicine business on a global scale.1 Objective1.1 Acquisition the TCM four diagnostic information among the healthy university students,analysis the differences between the parameters and hrPWV in two groups,and establish the normal range of the hrPWV in the Four diagnostic parameters secondary treatment device.1.2 Acquisition the renying pulse and cunkou pulse among the healthy university students,analysis the difference of Renying pulseand Cunkou pulse correlation and related parameters,especially on the study of the relationship between two different arterial segments at the pulse wave velocity,bulided the relationship between hrPWV and hcPWV.Analysis the differentiation between the renying pulse,cunkou pulse respectively in the TCM syndrome.1.3 Through the different parts of the pulse wave conduction velocity in TCM four diagnosis and the application value of parameter identification of zang-fu organs and meridians,in order to realize its early diagnosis and treatment of chronic diseases of traditional Chinese medicine to provide digital quantitative basis.2 Methods2.1 The group is divided based on the pulse parameters.Analyze the difference of the parameters of the four diagnostic information and the Comprehensive syndrome results.2.2 With the combination of all the auxiliary gathering medical instrument and Renyingpoint at Cunkou pulse information,and the corresponding look,smell,ask three diagnosis information,matching analysis of the acquired four diagnostic information.Using regression method to establish the relation of the hcPWV and hrPWV.2.3 Using Spss17.0 statistical analysis software,the measurement data recorded in the form of the mean±standard deviation form,the count data recorded in the form of percentage.According to the corresponding test results,using t test or non parametric test.3 Results3.1 Gets the combined diagnosis instrument using four subjects of radial artery andRenying carotid pulse waveform and synchronous ECG,photoelectric fingerplethysmogram clear,stable,have the pulse graph analysis.Look at the people meet and Cunkou pulse are the main wave,tidal wave,dicrotic wave from themap,but they also have differences,as follows:(1)the main wave and tidal wavelong time interval Cunkou pulse;(2)Cunkou pulse tidal wave and dicrotic wave is similar,Renying pulse wave wave and dicrotic wave appears early,delayed;(3)the main wave height and wave Cunkou pulse height is larger,the main waveheight and wave Renying pulse height difference.3.2 The hrPWV in the two healthy college students group respective are 4.28±0.08 m/s,4.97±0.08 m/s,the statistics has t=5.717,p<0.001,the difference was statistically significant.Through the statistical analysis find the normal PWV range in healthy young adults is 4.71±0.62m/s.3.3 The hrPWV and the hcPWV respective are 5.14±0.32m/s,11.27±0.49m/s,the statistic has t=-68.23,p=0.000<0.001,the difference was statistically significant;the pulse position respective are 1519.08±789.28,688.5±670.28,the statistics has Z=2.35,p=0.02<0.05,the difference was statistically significant;pulse intensity respective are 888.42±264.04,1265.17±582.96,the statistic has Z=2.981,p=0.003<0.005,the difference was statistically significant;string tightness respective are 66.67±46.46,124.33 ± 61.75,the statistics has t=2.6,p=0.024<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.4 The healthy students tongue map showed light red tongue with thin white coating.The healthy young people with water type constitution most,wood type constitution less,the gold type constitution of the ping pulsegroup is higher than the no-ping pulse group,and the ratio is 3:1.The syndrome results show that there are different between the two groups,the wet state,in the proportion of thermal state,heart state were higher than the flat vein group;Of non-stationary vein group of liver depression state,deficiency state higher than vein group.4.Conclusion4.1 There are differences between the groups of the different pulse.The normal range of pulse wave velocity in healthy young people is 4.71±0.62m/s,provides the reference for the combination of all detection apparatus for auxiliary diagnosis and treatment of arterial function.According to the acquired four diagnostic information to evaluate the health status of the subjects,and to provide a guideline.4.2 The pulse figures of the renying pulse and the cunkou pulse are different.Pulse wave velocity at the Renying is higher than at Cunkou,and there are relationship bewtween them.It provides digital and quantitative basis of the renying and cunkou pulse diagnosis and is conducive to the further development of traditional Chinese medicine pulse-taking.4.3 The system of diagnosis and treatment of TCM realize the digitization and quantitative.Using the modern computer technology research the correlation between the tongue partition and the zangfu viscera,and analyze the physical and chemical properties of the human body secretions and gas to bulid the diagnosis system based on biology information network,so as to get more of the human body useful diagnostic information,and to provide more digitized and quantitative parameters for the identification of zang-fu organs and meridians.4.4 Pulse wave velocity is digital indicators related to arterial elasticity obtained by modern medicine detection,it is same to the pulse results from the doctor diagnosis through traditional Chinese medicine.Because they are the same Physiological basis.The pulse-taking can be reflected from the vein of fluency and string tension and so on,and the process of blood rheology and influence change can reflect on the pluse formation.more emphasis on subjective and objective combined syndrome differentiation in TCM diagnosis,in order to obtain more comprehensive information,the identification results of zang-fu organs and meridians to reality is closer to the human body.The pulse wave conduction velocity used in quantitative diagnosis and the digital research of the traditional Chinese medicine.Using the PWV has clinical application value in the four diagnosis of the traditional Chinese medicine.It can improve the detection rate of TCM in
