| Purpose: Through electric acupuncture to Shu-points of the five-organs on the Guillain-Barre syndrome classic animal model - experimental allergic neuritis (EAN) in rabbit peripheral nerves and nerve pathomorphology electrophysiological function study.Reveals therapeutic action and intervention mechanism about Shu-points of the five-organs on the Guillain-Barre syndrome.It is further enriched the theory of traditional Chinese medicine Flaccidity card. It provides a new mean for the treatment of autoimmune diseases and the mechanism.Method: Our experiment shares 80 rabbits,20 rabbits for one of the blank group,With 12ml MBP and the same amount of complete Freund's adjuvant mixed back multi-point injection. Model rabbits are used 12ml of MBP and an equivalent mixture of complete Freund's adjuvant back multi-point injection. Select 60 EAN domestic rabbits which the mold succeeded to randomly divide into the model groups, the electric acupuncture group, the immunity globulin group. The blank group arrests and deals with the same period in keeping with the conditions, under the same conditions;the model group is also keeping the same period in the same conditions, without any treatment ;the electro acupuncture group gave electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ and the immunity globulin group gave the immunity globulin treatment.In the 7th days and the 14th days we separately examined each group of experimental animal sciatic nerve movement conduction velocity and the F wave appearance frequency, and selected the material from the experimental animal, and used the electricity to observe the change of the peripheral nerve pathology morphology ultrastructure.Result:1. Application of this experiment extracted MBP plus complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) immunization of rabbits,results in rabbits after the onset of exercise retardation, paralysis, peripheral nerve demyelination, inflammatory cell infiltration, as well as typical changes in neuro-electrophysiology. GBS are essentially similar, in line with the reported in the literature, which proves that the experimental study of the animal model is a success.2. Electric acupuncture Shu-points of the five Zang-organ can make rabbit sciatic nerve myelin EAN, nerve fibers and abnormal pathological patterns have markedly improved, and demyelination reduced, a new small myelinated nerve fibers generated. Lamellar myelin enhance the clarity of. Light microscopy, inflammatory cell infiltration phenomenon can be seen marked improvement, or disappeared.3. The movement conduction velocity of sciatic nerve in the electroacupuncture group was better than in the model groups (P<0.01),with no obviously significant differences as compared with those the immunity globulin group (P>0 .05)in the 14th day. Prove that electric acupuncture can significantly improve Shu-points of the five-organs EAN rabbit sciatic nerve motor conduction velocity; Electro acupuncture group sciatic nerve F-wave abnormality rate of 22.2% with the model group (87.5%) have significant differences compared to and with immune globulin group (22.2%) compared to no significant differences in the 14th day. Prove that electric acupuncture can significantly reduce the five internal organs EAN rabbit sciatic nerve F-wave abnormality rate, Electroacupuncture can be seen five Zang-orgins EAN effective restoration of the nerve conduction function in rabbits with excellent therapeutic effect.Conclusion: 1.The myelin sheath swelling and myelinoclasis of EAN domestic rabbit sciatic nerve got improved after electric acupuncture Shu-points of the five-organs, while effectively alleviate the swelling and myelin sheath separation.2. It can effectively improve the inflammatory response of peripheral nerve after electric acupuncture Shu-points of the five-organs.3. It can increase the motor nerve conduction velocity to improve the conduction block phenomenon after electric acupuncture five Zang-organs. |
