Moxibustion, Acupuncture Uc Serum Il-1¦Â, Il-10 And Colon Tissue Tnf-¦Á Affect The Contrast Study

Objective:All sorts of cytokines get involved in the process.Inhibiting or eliminating the producing of these inflammatory cytokine has become the new ideas of UC present treatment.Not directly stimulating bowel mucosa, acupuncture protects intestinal mucosa through many ways and means of multilevel and comprehensive adjustment.In view of this,by establishing the model of rats ulcerative colitis,We can observe the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion to disclose how these methods influenced the morphology and immunology(Tumor Necrosis Factor,Cytokines IL-1βand IL-10).Ingredients and methods:50 healthy SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups like the normal group,the model group,western medicine group, acupuncture "tianshu" group,moxibustion "tianshu" group.Under the method of acetic acid and axis of the experiment,we can inject 5%acid liquid (0.5ml/200g) into the anus of the rats with the distance 6～8cm.and leave 20s to clean immediately after it with large physiological saline in order to form the ulcerative colitis.Consequence:1.The morphology of the colon tissue have been improved greatly after the mixed treatment by acupuncture and moxibustion.Compared with the situation before the treatment,moxibustion group was superior than the acupuncture group.2.The chemical expression of the immune group:After therapy,the expression of positive cell in tumor necrosis factor reduces significantly,moxibustion medicine group is the best,while the acupuncture group is the worst.3.It-1βcomparison in UC rats serum:Treatment of three groups and the model group IL-1βdecreasing.After therapy,IL-1βdecreasing and treatment markedly.The significant difference between them(P＜0.05).4.IL-10 comparison in UC rats serum:Treatment of three groups and the model group IL-10 increasing.After therapy,IL-10 increasing and treatment markedly.The significant difference between them(P＜0.05).Conclusion:1.After the moxibustion and acupuncture therapy,the morphology level of UC rats are improved.2.After the moxibustion and acupuncture therapy,the immunology level of UC rats are improved3.Through the comparison between the groups that moxibustion can obviously improve the morphology and immunolopy,the acupuncture group is inferior to moxibustion group.
