Objective To explore the clinical effect of JiuXiangXinTongShu Decoction(JXXTSD) on angina of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis. Methods 60 cases with angina of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis in the out-patient department and in-patient department of the first affiliated hospital of Hunan University of TCM during May,2005 to February,2006.All the patients were divided into treatment group and control group for 8 weeks. The clinical effect of TCM syndrome, clinical effect of cardiograph, haemorheology and lipoproteinemia were observed. Results As far as JXXTSD was concerned. The total effective rate of angina was 83.33%,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome and cardiograph were 90.00%and 86.67%respectively, And as far as Danlou Tablet(DLT) was concerned, the total effective rate of angina was 80.00%,the total effective rate of cardiograph TCM syndrome and cardiograph were 83.33%and 80.00%respectively.After the treatment period, two groups could improve and remove the clinical symptom of angina, decrease the integration of TCM syndrome, improve the exhibition of cardiograph. But the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Both of the two groups could improve the indices of haemorheology. And in some aspects, such as improving the blood viscocity and the indices of erythrocyte collect index, the effect of treatment group was better than control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,both of them could improve the metabolism of lipoproteinemia. And compared with the control group, the effect of decreasing the triglyceride(TG) of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).Hint:Compared with the control group, the effect of JXXTSD on angina of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis was better, and there was no obvious detected bad reaction. Conclusion:The clinical effect observation suggested that JXXTSD is effective on angina of coronary heart disease with syndrome of intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis, and there is no detected obvious reaction. |
