Analysis Of The Curative Effect Of Huatanquyu Decoction On Improving The Stable Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease(Phlegm And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Lowering The Level Of Hcy

Objective: Evaluate the safety and clinical efficacy of Huatanquyu Decoction,explore the stability of traditional Chinese medical treatment to the diagnosis and treatment plan for coronary heart disease on angina pectoris with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,and inherit and develop a treatment system with characteristic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine by observing the clinical efficacy of Huatanquyu Decoction on improving the stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(phlegm and blood stasis syndrome)and lowering the level of Hcy.Methods: From March 2019 to October 2020,70 cases of cardiovascular medicine outpatient department and inpatient department of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital(Sichuan Provincial Hospital of TCM)were collected.Dividing the cases into the test group and the control group.35 cases is contained in Each group.Among them,the control group was given conventional western medicine treatment plan.The test group was treated with Huatanquyu Decoction on the basis of the control group’s treatment plan.The course of treatment was 4 weeks.The changes of related indicators were recorded before and after the treatment.SPSS22.0 analyzing experimental datas was used after the treatment.Results:(1)The two treatment programs can reduce the number of angina pectoris,lower blood homocysteine level,reduce the grade of angina pectoris,the frequency of nitroglycerin use.The differences have statistical significance(P<0.05);The test group can improve the angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score;The differences have statistical significance(P<0.05);The angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score of before and after treatment in the control group did not change significantly;The differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).(2)After the treatment,the test group was better than the control group in reducing the number of angina pectoris,lowering blood homocysteine level,reducing the frequency of nitroglycerin use,improving angina pectoris score,improving TCM syndrome score and nitroglycerin reduction rate.The differences have statistical significance(P<0.05).(3)There has no significant difference in angina pectoris classification and twelve-lead ECG curative effect between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).(4)No serious adverse reactions occurred during the course of this project.The safety indicators of each laboratory had no significant changes from the baseline.There have no significant changes in between and within groups,and the differences have no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion: Huatanquyu Decoction is safe.It can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,reduce the frequency of angina pectoris,angina pectoris score and TCM syndrome score,use frequency of nitroglycerin,reduce nitroglycerin reduction rate and lower blood homocysteine.So Huatanquyu Decoction can be used and promoted in clinical application.
