| OBJECTIVE: to study the use of CT perfusion to evaluate the operative curative effect of chronic ischemia cerebrovascular disease.METHODS: 8 intravascular stenosis and 19 MOYAMOYA DISEASE patients took CT perfusion and CTA examinations both before the operation and after. The data were collected for the retrospective post-processing and statistics analysis.RESULTS: the cerebral blood flow of the patients suffering from chronic ischemia cerebrovascular disease were 47. 8±7. 8 ml/100g/min when patients had no symptom to break out. The RTTP value of the group of stent after operation were obviously descent (P<0.05) while that of the group bypass were not descent(P>0. 05).CONCLUSION: the cerebral blood flow of the patients suffering from chronic ischemia cerebrovascular disease were basically normal when patients had no symptom to break out. Compared with CBF and CBV, the parameter of TTP has higher sensitivities. The collateral circulation of the stent group patients closed after the intravascular stem re-open for the operation that makes RTTP value breakdown. |
