Objective: By replenishing spleen, and the method of Shugan Jieyu subhealth Liver Depression spleen deficiency patients medicine intervention study on treating subhealth Yiwei Liver Depression Clinical spleen deficiency syndrome, and improve the diagnostic criteria for clinical treatment provide a scientific basis.Methods: Liver depression and spleen deficiency will be the subject of subhealth 30 patients with the treatment group as to give oral treatment Modified Yiwei Tang month. 30 cases of normal control group, systematic observation before and after treatment, symptoms change and immunoglobulin G (IgG) and soluble interleukin-2 receptor (SIL-2R), and other indicators of change, and with the normal control group for comparison.Results: Chinese medicine in the treatment group Modified Yiwei Tang given one month after treatment, the symptoms were alleviated, and the total efficiency of 90% plasma immunoglobulin G was significantly increased (p<0.01), soluble interleukin-2 receptor decreased significantly (p <0.01) compared with the normal group, after treatment plasma immunoglobulin G, soluble interleukin-2 receptor had no significant difference (p> 0.001). basic back to normal.Conclusion:â‘ Replenishing spleen, Shugan Jieyu means that applications can be modified to improve Yiwei Tang subhealth Liver depression and spleen deficiency type symptoms.â‘¡Verified immunoglobulin G and IL-2 receptor, and other indicators of subhealth role in the diagnosis, clinical diagnosis subhealth provide an objective basis.
