| Objective:This study aims to explore the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of Shugan Yiwei Tang in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,in order to provide objective basis for the clinical treatment of CAG.Methods:72 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 36 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Weifuchun combined with Shugan Jieyu Capsules,while the treatment group was treated with Shugan Yiwei Tang orally for 12 weeks.After treatment,observe the changes of TCM clinical performance score,anxiety state score,gastroscope,pathological score and gastric function serological indicators Gastrin 17(G-17),pepsinogen Ⅰ(PG Ⅰ),PGⅠ/PG Ⅱ(PGR)in each group before and after treatment,and comprehensively sort out and analyze the data to evaluate the efficacy of Shugan Yiwei Decoction in the treatment of CAG.Result:1.Comparison of Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptoms:Before and after treatment,the scores of various symptoms and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)in the changes in the scores of various symptoms and the total score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms between the two groups after treatment.The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 87.10%and 72.73%,respectively(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.2.Comparison of anxiety state scores:After treatment,the anxiety state scores of both groups decreased compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference in anxiety state scores between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups had good efficacy in improving anxiety state,and the treatment group was better than the control group.Comparison of gastroscopy:After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in gastroscopy scores between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05),and the gastroscopy scores of the two groups decreased before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rate of gastroscopy signs between the treatment group and the control group was compared(80.62%and 57.58%,P<0.05),suggesting that the curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of gastroscopy:After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in gastroscopy scores between the two groups(P<0.05),and both groups had a decrease in gastroscopy scores before and after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the effective rates of gastroscopy signs in the treatment group and the control group were compared(80.62%,57.58%,P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.Pathological comparison:Before and after treatment,the atrophy scores of the treatment group and the control group showed a decreasing trend(P<0.05),and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05)between the two groups after treatment.The pathological treatment efficacy of the treatment group and the control group was compared(83.87%,63.64%,P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy than the control group.Both groups showed no significant therapeutic effect on intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia(P>0.05).5.Comparison of serological indicators of gastric function:Both groups improved PG Ⅰ,PGR,and G-17(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shugan Yiwei Decoction has a good effect on the clinical symptoms of TCM,the improvement of anxiety,the repair of gastric mucosa,the reversion of atrophy histopathology and the improvement of gastric function serological indicators PG I,PGR,G17 in CAG patients with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,without obvious adverse reactions,which is worthy of further study. |
