Anaphylactoid purpura is an allergic disease and a syndrome of inflammation of blood vessel. Which mainly affected capillary Traditional Chinese medicine had get at this disease long ago and had accumulataded a wealth of experiences. This research summarized the anaphylactoid purpura data which comes form 26 inpatients. The summary includes two parts: documentary summary and clinical reaserch. The summary introduced different views on the interpretations of the cause. Next, the documentary summary introduced the treatment experiences which come form the famous pediatrics specialist including Liubichen, Lisuqing, Wangshouhan. The second part of the documentary summary expounded the research improves of the modern medicine.In the part of clinical research, 26 inpatients data was been collected and straightened out so that the data can be tabulated and be researched conveniently. Next, the inpatients'informations was been written down. The needed informations include name, sex, age, address, periods of one's hospitalization, the season of one's illness, the cause of disease, the type of discrimination and diagnosis, laboratory examination, whether hormone was been used, and treatment result. Through the research, conclusion was been made as follows:1 The sex proportion is 1.6:1 during the 26 researched inpatients suffered from anaphylactoid purpura, including 16 males and 10 females. There are 20 cases which age are between 6 and 15 ,amounted to 76 percent. Upper respiratory infection is a mainly cause of the disease. The majority suffered from anaphylactoid purpura are child of school age .2 From the district distributation,14 cases are distributed in Kuancheng,Hebei Provice, 3 cases are distributed in Beijing. Other 9 cases are arouned other arease.3 Clinical symptom: among the 26 researched inpatients suffered from anaphylactoid purpura, 14 cases are the symptom of stomachache, amounted to 53.7 percent. Stomachache is a mainly cause of the disease.4 13C-UBT result: among the 26 researched inpatients suffered from anaphylactoid purpura, 14 cases are masculine, amounted to 30.7 percent. HP infection and anaphylactoid purpura are related.
