Objective: To study the clinical relationship between Henoch-Schnlein purpura and Helicobacter pylori infection and direct therapy. Methods: 14C urea-breath test were used to evaluate the infection of helicobacter pylori between 78 cases of Henoch-Schnlein purpura and 40 health cases of control. The 78 cases Henoch-Schnlein purpura were divided into three groups. 29 Hp negetive cases of group were treated with antihismines (including man 16 patients and female 13) , 21 Hp positive cases of group two were treated with the same antihismines (including man 14 patients and female 7) . 28 Hp positive patients of group three were treated with the same antihismines combined with the triple therapy (including man 12 patients and female 16) . Results: The Hp infection rate of Henoch-Schnlein purpura cases is 62. 82% . And that healthy cases is 35. 00%. There is obvious difference between the two group (P<0. 05) , Compare with antihismines therapy, the antihismines therapy combined with the triple therapy took better effect (P<0. 05) . The combination therapy of the antihismines with the triple therapy is significantly valid to treat Henoch-Schnlein purpura. Conclusion: Our results showed that Pyloric helicobacterium is one of the possible reasons which causes Henoch-Schnlein purpura. Therapeutic effect of anti-Hp may benefits the patient with Henoch-Schnlein purpura . |
