Objective: Through the comparative analysis of the clinical symptoms of Hp-positive(Hp:Helicobacter pylori)and HSP-negative(HSP:Hcnoch-schonlein purpura),we study the impact of Helicobacter pylori infection on allergic purpura,to guide clinical treatment and estimate prognosis. Methods: 153 patients of allergic purpuras were selected from August 2016 to July 2017 at the mentor’s hospital. We divided them into infection and the infection group by if any h.pylori infection was presented. And the data about sex and age of those children, morbidity seasons, clinical symptoms and renal injury were analyzed retrospectively. Results:The positive rate of helicobacter pylori infection in children with allergic purpura was 27.45%.Between the infection group and the non-infection group,it’s more commen to find that this kind of disease is infected in children aged 3 to 6,boys than girls with the ratio of 1.28:1.And it may happen all the year round, especially in autumn and winter. There was no statistically significant difference between the infected group and the non-infected group in terms of gender, age, and season of onset.Gastrointestinal symptoms have significant difference statistically(P < 0.05).There was no significant statistical difference between the two groups in joint swelling pain, renal damage performance indicators(P > 0.05),but the two groups have statistically significant difference in the recurrence of allergic purpura and early iterations skin(P < 0.05).Conclusion: The occurrence and development of the impact of helicobacter pylori infection on allergic purpura is not entirely clear. However, the incidence is higher for Hp-positive with gastrointestinal symptoms than others. What’s more, those Hp-positve are more easier to get infected repeatly. |
