Objective: To explore the Resistant Sport Fatigue mechanism of Mongolian medicine tamir by pharmacological methods. Methods: Endurance experiments include cold-resistant test , thermoresistance test , hypoxia resistant test and loading swimming test;Physical-biochemical indexes include hepatic glycogen content and lactic acid content in full blood.Immune function affecting assays include phagocytic function of macrophages and IgG content determination.40 mice were randomly divided into blank control group, positive control group(Competitor), NaRen-ManDula group( traditional Mongolian medicine)and tamir group, with 10 mice in each group and with equal female and male animals in each group. Purified water was supplied to blank control group mice through intragastric administration; 0.64g/kg Competitor was supplied to positive control group mice through intragastric administration; 2.07g/kg NaRen-ManDula was supplied to mcie in the third group through intragastric administration; 2.07g/kg tamir was supplied to mice in the fourth group through intragastric administration.Results:①The results of loading swimming experiment showed that tamir group significantly superior to blank control group and positive control group(both p<0.001), and superior to NaRen-ManDula group(P<0.05);②The results of thermoresistance test showed that tamir group significantly superior to blank control group and NaRen-ManDula group(P<0.05),but was not significantly different from positive control group ( p>0.05 );③The results of cold-resistant test showed that there were significant differences among every groups(all p>0.05);④The results of hypoxia resistant test showed that 3 observation groups were superior to blank control group(all p<0.05),but there were no significant differences among 3 groups(p>0.05);⑤Hepatic glycogen content in tamir group was comparatively elevated than that of blank control group(p<0.05),but were not significantly different from that of positive control group and NaRen-ManDula group(p>0.05);⑥Blood lactic acid content of 3 observaion groups after sport were significantly lower than that of blank control group(all p<0.001),and there was no significant difference between tamir group and positive control group(p>0.05),and blood lactic content of tamir group was lower than that of NaRen-ManDula group(p<0.05);⑦The results of carbon clearance test showed that phagocytic index of 3 observation groups were higher than that of control group(all p0.05),but there was no significant differences among 3 observation groups;⑧Serum IgG content in tamir group was significantly higher than that of blank control group( p<0.001 ) ,and that of positive control group and NaRen-ManDula group were both higher than that of blank control group(P<0.05),and that of tamir group was higher than that of positive control group and NaRen-ManDula group(p<0.05);Conclusions:Mongolian medicine tamir can significantly prolong loading swimming time of mice, significantly elevate their thermoresistance ability, and possesses anti- hypoxia effect at some degree, but their cold-resistant ability were not found to be elevated. From the results of serum samples, tamir has the effects in elevating serum hepatic glycogen content ,and can significantly suppress the increasing of serum creatine after sport. From the observation results of immune index, tamir can significantly elevate serum IgG content of mice, and yet their phagocytic index was elevated at some degree. In conclusion, tamir has comparatively significant anti-motion fatigue and certain preventing effect in alleviating the occurrence and development of fatigue, and were superior to positive control group Competitor in several indexes.
