| Objective:Functional dyspepsia(FD)is a class of organic disease,but some patients with dyspeptic symptoms stubborn can seriously wasted the quality of life of medical resources and affect a lot of diseases.We observed that peri-menopausal women is large proportion in FD patients. For some menopausal patients with functional dyspepsia(MPFD),motilin is just not good medicine for the improvement of the symptoms.With the development of society,the acceleration of the pace of life and sense of competition increased,the incidence of MPFD gradually increased.Along with the growth of age,ovary gradually aging,ovarian function of peri-menopause is from gradually decline to completely disappear in the transitional period,As peri-menopausal women of this age of the body and physiological function of are very different reproductive age women, The mechanism of FD may be different from the reproductive age of women, such as female hormone supplement in the clinical tibolone has been widely used to improve peri-menopausal women and ease menopausal syndrome,but patients with MPFD and mechanisms rarely reported.This study aimed to investigate the the clinical efficacy and safety of Moidified Xin Wei Decoction(MXWD)treating MPFD.Throug clinical trial study,to explore the mechanism of MXWD from clinical aspects and provide a theoretical basis.Method:1.80 cases confirmed by MPFD(TCM dialectical spleen stomach kidney-yin deficiency syndrome)patients were randomly divided into two groups.The sex,age,duration,symptom score are no significant difference between two groups(P＞0.05)2.Individual control group oral Mosapride(JSQ)for each 5 mg,three times daily.Treatment group oral traditional chinese herb of MXWD,a daily,two hours of oral sooner or later.For a six week course of treatment, two patients were taking a course of treatment.3.After the end of a course,observated treatment symptom and symptom change,by statistics processing,compared with treatment around symptom integral,total effectiveness and healing rate.4.Three routine inspected once every two weeks and liver and kidney function as a conventional safety indicators,to determine MXWD whether the toxic side effects.5.After the end of a course of treatment,we would observe effective treatment of patients after six months,statistically,the long-term efficacy compared between the two groups.Results:1.The symptoms accumulation of two groups before treatment were not significantly difference(P＞0.05),Examined by t,there were more significant meaning in the symptom accumulation fraction in each group before and after treatment after treating(P＜0.01);there also were significant meaning in the symptom accumulation fraction between two group(P＜0.05).2.Examined by Ridit,there were more significant meaning in the single symptoms of treatment group before and after treatment(P＜0.01)3.The single effective rate on symptom improvement showed:In the treatment group,there was significant meaning in improving the belch, abdominal pain and anorexia(P＜0.01),these was superior to the control group in improving heartbum(P＜0.05).There were no significant difference on epigastric fullness,nausea,sour regurgitation between two groups (P＞0.05).4.Two groups of patients with symptoms of comparison,the statistical (X~2 test),and the total efficiency and Clinical cure rates were significantly different(P＜0.05),the treatment group and the total efficiency of the clinical cure rate was significantly higher.5.Examined by X~2,the relapse rate of treatment group compared with the control group was significant difference(P＜0.01),the relapse rate of treatment group was significantly lower than the control group, the long-term efficacy of the treating the group is obviously superior to contrasting the group.6.Examined by X~2,the response rate of the treatment group compared with the control group was significant difference(P＜0.05),the side effects of the treatment group significantly less than the control group, so the safety of the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:The clinical trial results showed that the traditional chinese herb medicine MXWD can significantly reduce the MPFD patient's clinical symptoms.In the medication process,three routine and liver and kidney function had no effect on the three conventional,the drug is a safe way. It also shows that the MPFD increase perimenopausal women gastroin -testinal mucosal barrier function and regulation of gastrointestinal dysfunction,and promote gastric emptying,reduce the sensitivity of gastric to adjust the central nervous system and ease the pressure on patients.MPFD treatment MPFD stomach and gastrointestinal motility drug purely Western medicine compared obvious advantage of not only significantly effective,and can reduce the side effects of Western medicine and the relapse rate for the treatment of MPFD has opened up new avenues. |
