The Western medicine use on Outlet Obstruction Constipation is amyctic purgative, mechanical purgative, gastrointestinal dynamic drug and etc. The surgery treats in common use has enters the road after the anus, enters the road after, the cunt or enters the road after the perineum on Rectocele. For cure puborectal muscle hypertrophy has several kinds of surgeries way, such as cut part of puborectal muscle . However, both cure by western medicine and surgery have some by-effect, and curative dffect is instable . Therefore, we cured Outlet Obstruction Constipation by traditional Chinese medicine in order to seek a safety ,effective an simplified therapy Study the feasibility and advantage of Chinese herbal medicine on treating Outlet Obstruction Constipation .MethodsAll the patients were excluded oncotic of intestinal tract by barium enema or enteroscopy . Besides, diseases that lead to constipation have also been excluded by physical examination and laboratory examination . According to the result of defecography to divided 101 cases of Outlet Obstruction Constipation into two types, one type is relaxed pelvic floor syndrome(65 cases) , the other type is spastic pelvic floor syndrome (36 cases) . The 65 cases of relaxant type of OCC were divided into treatment group and contrast group at random. Treatment group(30cases) were cured by Chinese herbal medicine (Buzhong Yiqi Tang) and contrast group(35cases) were remedied by phenolphthalein . To distribute the 36 cases of spastic type of OCt into treatment group and contrast group at random. Treatment group(21cases) were cured by Chinese herbal medicine(Sanren Tang) and contrast group(15cases) were remedied by phenolphthalein . Statistic analyze shows , the relaxant type' s and spastic type' s treatment group and contrast group do not have the significance difference in the age and the course of an illness , has the commeasurability (p>0.05) . One course is 30 days . Compare the curative effect respectively after 3 courses . During the course of therapy , avoid to eat pungent and fried food . In addition , compare the result of defectation' s improvement respectively in 3 months and half a year .ResultsThe cases of treatment group of relaxant type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation is 30, the effectual rate is 86.67%, the cases of contrast group of relaxant type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation is 35, the effectual rate is 60.00% , after statistics processing ,two groups of curative effects comparisons has the significance difference (p<0.05) , the curative effect of treatment group is better than contrast group .The cases of treatment group of relaxant type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation is 21, the effectual rate is 85.71%, the cases of contrast group of relaxant type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation is 15, the effectual rate is 53.33% , after statistics processing ,two groups of curative effects comparisons has the significance difference (p<0.05) , the curative effect of treatment group is better than contrast group . Compare the defecation' s improvement of two groups of relaxant type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation shows that treatment group of improvement of defecation is better than contrast group ,after statistics processing , two groups of improvement of defecation comparisons has the significance difference (p<0.05) . In the spastic type of Outlet Obstruction Constipation, compare the treatment group with contrast group in improvement of defecation works out the same result that treatment group is better than contrast group, after statistics processing , two groups of improvement of defecation comparisons has the significance difference (p<0.05)ConclusionTake Chinese herbal medicine on treating Outlet Obstruction Constipation is a safety, effective and simplified therapeutic ways. The cause of Outlet Obstruction Constipation is very complex and various. The reason of difficult in treatment of Outlet Obstruction Constipation lies in the following facts.
