| Objective: To confirm the protection and multitarget point of thetraditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Shuxinkang on theexperimental myocardial ischemic-reperfusion injury. Discuss themechanism of its action, Provid thinking and methods to traditionalChinese medicine to investigate myocardial ischemic-reperfusioninjury.Methods: 75 Wistar rats were devided into 5 groups randomly. Therewere sham operation group, model group, Shuxinkang low-dose group,Shuxinkang high-dose group and contrast group. Main ingredients ofthe traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Shuxinkangare include Ginseng, Astragalus mongholicus, Chinese Angelica, PeachSeed, Safflower, Ligusticm rubra, Paeoniae radix, Red Peony Root,Szechwan Lovage Rhizome, Sandalwood, Villous Amomum Fruit, DanshenRoot, Chinese Magnolivine Fruit, Dwarf Lilyturf Tuber, etc. All groupswere intragastric administration twice a day since a week before, Themodels of myocardial ischemic in rats was made by ligating andopening the lefe coronary artery, restoration of blood supply totissue after half an hour, the process is ischemic-reperfusion. Drawthe materials from rats modoels after four hours. To compare theamount of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activity of superoxidedismutase(SOD) inserum, Activity of Na+-K+ATPase, Ca2+-Mg2+ATPase,endothelin(ET),calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP) in cardiacmuscle tissues among groups.Results: To compared Shuxinkang group with model group and contrastgroup, Shuxinkanggroups were able to cut down the level of MDA andincrease the activityof SOD in serum significantly, increase thelevel of Na+-K+ArPase, Ca2+-Mg2+ ATPase, CGRP and cut down the level ofET in cardiac muscle tissues significantly.Conclusion: (1) The model ofmyocardial ischemic-reperfusion in ratsis able to be made by ligating and opening the left coronary artery. (2)The traditional Chinese medicine complex prescription Shuxinkanghas got a significant protection on the myocardial ischemic-reperfusion injury in rats. The mechanism possibly related tomultiple methods including to anti-oxyradical effect, lessen calciumoverload, functional adjustment of vascular endothelial cell toimprove corona-microcirculation, lessen cellular swelling andinflammatory cell infiltrate. |
