Objective : Exercise using cervical test, cervical induced vertigo, observation induced symptoms. Meanwhile the use of monitoring cerebral blood flow changes in the technology-NIR (near infrared sp ectroscopy, NIRS), Synchronous Dynamic monitoring of cervical vertigo patients about both sides of vertebro - basilar artery feeding areas of the cerebral blood flow. and clinical manifestations of cervical vertigo explore the pathogenesis. Methods : Cervical randomly selected 60 patients with vertigo for NIRS monitoring :1. Patients sit neck maintain natural position. Source will launch two probes were fixed in the subjects after the occipital pillow outside eminence around the 2 cm.2. Lead to cervical monitors were carried out its best to achieve the greatest degree of flexion and after about 10 of the rotary movement (Frequency : 1). / second. Observing and dynamically monitor and record any symptoms induced by NIRS and the curve.3. Order by monitors continued to maintain the largest cervical flexion, extension, L, D posture of the two minutes, Observing and dynamically monitor and record any symptoms induced by NIRS and the curve.4. Through brain tissue after receiving optical absorption probe into photomultiplier tube or photosensitive two, make light intensity changes converted into electronic signals through computer processing were shown oxyhemoglobin (HbO2), reduction of hemoglobin (Hb), total hemoglobin (tHb) values.Dynamic monitoring detected around both sides were vertebrobasilar the HbO2, Hb tHb changes. Results :1. The group of 60 patients, 15 males and 45 females, accounting for 25% and 75%, male : Female 1:3.2. Males 31-40 years of age incidence rate of four people, accounting for 26.67% women in the 51-60 age of the incidence rate of 16, accounting for 35.56%. 41-60 years of age accounted for 62.23% of female morbidity, more than half that total female and 31-50 years old male stage incidence 46.67, nearly half of men.3. Cervical vertigo symptoms vertigo (100%), followed by nausea, palpitations, sweating, neck and shoulder pain 70.00%, 60.00%, 58.33%, 56.67% respectively.4. Cervical X-ray findings : the disease group, 60 patients, the cervical instability are 51 cases, 85%. Cervical segmental instability concentrated in the C4/5, C5/6, accounting for 60.78%.5. Pliant movement on both sides about the impact tHb value, P <0.01, suggesting doing pliant campaign, tHb value on each side of a very significant difference. And the rotation, Flexion, over-extension movement on both sides about the impact tHb value, 0.05, suggesting doing rotation, Flexion, Hyperextension campaign, the value of bilateral tHb no difference.6. In the course of the five years following cervical vertigo patients, 11.8% by value on both sides of tHb statistical analysis, P <0.05, the value of bilateral tHb significant difference; In the course of more than five years in patients with cervical vertigo, 11.8% by value on both sides of tHb statistical analysis 0.05, the value of bilateral tHb difference was not significant. Conclusions :1. Cervical vertigo patients about both sides of the cerebral blood volume changes, cerebral blood flow changes, right and the left than the changes significantly, inferred the right vertebral basilar artery feeding areas more easily victimized, Cerebral blood flow changes over the left significantly.2. Cervical vertigo vertigo with the degree and duration of diabetes increased.3. Instability cervical carotid Vertigo is one of the causes, the study unstable section of the next major focus of the cervical spine.
