The Jianpiyishenfang Side Male Patients With Chronic Renal Failure In Patients With Sex Hormone, And Low Libido Impact

OBJECTIVTo observe clinical cruative effect of jianpiyishen decoction treating to treat chronic renal failure(CRF),by studying the mechanism of it treating CRF and the mechanism of instable sexual hormone , for providing foundation to study treating CRF and sexual disorder. METHODSAll 20 patients from jiangsu provincial TCM Hospital conforming to the diagnostic standar, giving common protein diet, actively treating primary disease, controlling blood pressure and blood sugar, and anti-infecting, rectifying the balance of liquid, electrolyte, acid-base imbalance.took all patients jianpiyishen decoction,30days is one timedaily .we observe one timedaily .then before and after treatments checked blood-Rt, A1b,TP, renal function, T, E₂, Fsh, LH, P. RESULTS1.The total effective rate of therapeutic group was 70.0%.2.There were 12 patients to improve hyposexuality symptoms,the effective was 66.7%.3.T and E2 were significant difference between before and after treatments .LH ,Fsh and P were no significant difference between before and after treatments.4.Hb,TP and Alb were significant difference between before and after treatments.5.Scr were significant difference between before and after treatments ,but BUN not.
