| Objective:To observe the different effect on the afternoon malignant tumour patient's Quality ofLife between the two treatment of Chinese herb ang Chinese herb in company with chemical medicine,and offer the afternoon malignant tumour patients the scientific basement for the choice of different treatment. Methods:The 30 afternoon malignant rumour patients were divided randomly into 2 groups,one group patients were treated by Chinese herb , AiDi injection and HuangQi injection and the other were treated by the same Chinese herb and general chemical medicine together , regard 30 days as a period of treatment, and observed the change of KPS,weight,tumour, symptom and QOL for 2 period of treatment. Results:1 The treatment of Chinese herd is more efficiency in improving KPS(P<0.05 )than the other treatment.2 The weight of the group treated by Chinese herd is more than the other group ,but the two therapeutics have no statistical different in improving patients' weight (P>0.05).3 The two therapeutics have no statistical different in control tumour focus (P>0.05).4 The two therapeutics have no statistical different in improving symptom (P>0.05),but the symptom of the group treated by Chinese herd is more close to get well than the other.5 The Chinese herd group is more efficiency in improve patients' body ability , role function, economic status, clinical symptom,and the score of QOL-C30 than the other(P<0.05 or P<0.01) . Conclusion:The therapeutics of Chinese herd can be independly used in treamenting the afternoon malignant tumour patient.
