Objective: This paper mainly concerned about the nurse's cognition level about good nursing by comparing cognition differences of quality nursing between community nurse and clinical nurse.Method: With the method of convenience sampling, 350 clinical nurses from 3 hospitals attached to the universities and 200 community nurses from community health organizations were chosen to investigate with own-made questionnaire, and the data was computer-analyzed using an SPSS for windows 13. 0 program.Result:(1) Both the community nurse and clinical nurse have high identification degree on the 6 subjects and their related statements of quality nursing indication in this study, but there are significant differences on identification degree of quality nursing after Nonparametric Test and One Way ANOVA. Clinical nurse is higher than community nurse on the 6 subjects of quality nursing, both the community nurse and clinical nurse have the highest identification degree on skillful professional knowledge and techniques, and good serving attitude. (2) Effect of nurses' personal feature on the 6 subjects of quality nursing indication. After Nonparametric Test and One Way ANOVA, we found that there are significant differences on cognition level of quality nursing indication among nurses with different age, nursing length, educational background and salary. The identification degree of university graduate nurse on good serving attitude, skillful professional knowledge and techniques, good profession quality and good nurse-patient relations is absolutely higher than technical secondary school graduate nurse, and the identification degree of university graduate nurse on skillful professional knowledge and techniques and good profession quality is higher than junior college graduate nurse. And there are no significant differences on identification degree of quality nursing between technical secondary school graduate nurse and junior college graduate nurse.
