Object:Anxious, chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer (pu) are clinical common and frequent-occurring diseases. With the rhythm of life accelerated, the recurrence of disease increased and incidence of age declined in recent years, the study has became a focus research.In drug treatment,tradition Chinese medicine(TCM) for the gastric mucosa protection occupies an very important position, with the good advantages of the small side effects, the overall management and the long-term efficacy. Jiaweishaoyaoganchao decoction(JSD) flavored from Shaoyaoganchao decoction , which is fomous proprietary from Shanghan Lun which writer is Zhangzhongjing in the Eastern Han Dynasty .The pathogenesis of Shaoyaoganchao decoction is Yin indeficiency , liver and spleen unhomony, stomach-yin injur, stomach -cordial innourshing. Thus including JSD with significant clinical efficacy in gastric mucosa protection, we explore its role and its mechanisms in gastric mucosa protection in order to open a new avenue to combat anxious, chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer and to develop JSD to provide objective basis. Methods:Experiment for JSD impacting gastric juice, gastric acid and stomach proteinase reactive : fifity Wistar big rats were randomly divided into five groups: normal control group, big-dose JSD group , small-dose JSD group , mega-dose JSD group and leinitidine group. Irrigated medicine five consecutive days, in the fifty day after one-hour irrigation the rats were sterilizated factors . After five hours the rats were killed to collect gastric juice in order to detect gastric juice volume, dissociate acid, the total acidity and stomach proteinase activation.Experiment for JSD impacting ice-ethanoic- acid peptic-ulcer rats NO, EGF, SOD and MDA: sisty wistar big rats were randomly divided into six groups: normal control group, modle group, big-dose JSD group , small-dose JSD group , mega-dose JSD group and leinitidine group. In addition to the 10 normal-group rats, the remaining 50 rats were injected by 100 percent ice-ethanoic acid under the membrane in order to made peptic-ulcer model. The modelling peried are 5 days and the administrating days are 10 .After the treatment we picked the eyes away to collect blood to detect MDA and SOD, killed the rats and got stomach tissue fox No and EFG, departed organizations from ulcers for HE staining to observe ulcers and measure the thickness of renewable mucosa surface by optical lenses .Clusters are signed by few data ± standard deviation (x+s) and used SPSS statistical software for data processing, which analysis data by single-factor Fangcha and team-team comparaion.
