| Objective:To clarify the mechanism of "Caihu Zhixue Fluid"treating the metrorrhagia caused by inserting of Cu Intra-uterine Device(CU-IUD),in order to provide experimental foundation for the further investigation of haemorrhagia of TCM such as liver storing blood,and to provide new thought and method to care haeorrhagia.Methods:We inserted self-made CU-IUD in rabbits uterus to make IUD-inserted model.All the rabbits for the experiment were divided into 8 groups:the normal group,the pseudo-operative group,the IUD-inserted model group.the Indomethacin control group, "Guipi Decoction"groups of ligh and low doses,and "Caihu Zhixue Fluid"groups of high,media and low doses with each group having 10 rabbits.To observe the effects of "Caihu Zhixue Fluid"on uterine tumor necrosis factor(TNF) , C-type natriuretic peptide(CNP) and An-giotensin â…¡ (Ang â…¡) in IUD-inserted rabbits,and to compare its effects with "Guipi Decoction". We adopt RIA to measure the activation of TNF, CNP and Ang â…¡.Results:Comparing with the normal group, the content of TNF, CNP and Ang â…¡ of the IUD- inserted model group is higher. Comparing with the IUD-inserted model group, the content of TNF, CNP and Ang â…¡ of the Indomethacin control group, "Guipi Decoction"groups of ligh and low doses,and "Caihu Zhixue Fluid"groups of high,media and low doses has been reduced with different extent.So far as TNF,CNP, the large dose of the Fluid is mostly prominent. So far as Ang â…¡, there is non-differenciation of each group (p > 0.05).Conclusions: "Caihu Zhixue Fluid" can cure uterial menoxenia due to IUD through regulating the activity of TNF, CNP and AT â…¡ ,promoting the revovation of endometrium tissues.It not only affirms curative effect that the method of regulating liver to stop bleeding can cure the bleeding side-effect of IUD,but also provides experimental foundation for the further investigation of the basic theory of TCM such as liver storing blood. |
