Compound Huangqin preparation composed of Radix Scutellariae , Radix Sophorae Flavescentis , Flos Lonicerae, Flos Chrysanthenmi Indici, Herba Pogostemonis, Mentholum can skin disease.All drugs of prescription were extract to get a residue . Baicalin was isolated from the the residue by the conbination HCL,40%NaCL and column of polyamide and pale yellow raphides was achieved.Mixed the solide and Baicalin,the melting-point of mixture didn t descend. The IR,UV,NMR and MS figure of sample are the same with that of Baicalin. From above analysis ,it is proved that Baicalin exists in the extraction residue from all drugs of the prescription. It meens that not change. In addtion , make a comparision between two extraction methods of radix Baicalin. As a result, The extraction yield of Baicalin is lower when radix Baicalin was extracted together with other drugs of the prescription .The extraction metherd of the prescription was studied by the orthogonal test design using Baicalin as index, all drugs of the prescription are together extracted by 10 times and eight times amount of 70% alcohol, soaped by 70% alcohol for 24h, broken small piece of herbal medicine. Further more ,thin layer chromatography was performed to identify the ingredients of the spraying preparation,and a quantitative method was prevented for determination of Baicalin by HPLC. The preliminary stability of the preparation scription was studed, each index of qualitystandard was observed and analyzed under the test of influencing factors, accelerating test and inspecting test at room temperature respectively. The result indicated that all indexes did not change apparently. And the preparation is stable when placed at room temperature during the course of test. In the end ,the effect of preparation was preliinarly studied,the result indicated that the preparation can obviously kill lots of funguses. It has no stimulature, hypersensitivity and poisonousess to skin.
