Network Environment Based On Ontology Of Medical Knowledge Organization Research

In this paper, from the problem of the organization and retrieval in the information organization and taking the example of the medical information, the author analysised the common method and mode of the medical information and proposes the importance and usefulness of the knowledge organization based ontology, especially for the medical information. Beside these, the author introduced the present medical ontology, such as UMLS, PharmGKB, ONIONS, GALEN. On the base of the present research about the medical ontology, some key problems including the essence of the medical ontology, the difference between the ontology and the medical subject heading, the sample of the medical ontology and the procedures of building the medical ontology. In the end, the model of intelligence information retrieval based medical ontology is proposed in order to solve the problem of the information retrieval and achieve the intelligence information retrieval.
