Object: To observe the effectiveness of partial liquid ventilation(PLA)on gas exchange, pulmonary(cst) and airway resistance in dogs with ARDSMethods: Twelve dogs were randomly allocated to two groups and treated with varions methods after OA ARDS model established. The study groups as follows:normal saline(NS)groups(the control group)with CMV,PEEP and NS;PFC group(the treatment group),with CMV,PEEP and PFC.The parameters such as blood gas analysis, airway resistamce and pulmonary compliance were observed at 30,60,90,150minutes after ventilation. Results: After PLV,PaO2 increased progressively, which was significantly higher than pre-treatment value at all time points(P<0.05).It increased from 84.23±22.60mmHg to 174.53±76.59mmHg,and to the highest 264.73±75.93mmHg at 150 min Cst in treatment group exhibited no difference to the pre-treatment value at all time points, while Cst in control group decreased at all time points and at 150 min significant difference appeared. (P<0.05)Conclusion: The oxygenation and Cst improve significantly during PLV in ARDS. |
