The purpose of this study is to investigate the present conditions of job satisfaction of professional of hospitals, and inquiry into the job satisfaction of the medical personnel of the different and personal background whether to have difference or not.Questionnaire is applied in this research. After reviewed relevant literatures and the exisiting questionnaire, this study do the prognostication and put up forward a formal questionnaire. This job satisfaction questionnaire contains 12 dimensions 77concret items: organize target, organize environment, moderate the communication, quantity target, quantity controls, performance evaluation, direct management, employee's duty, individual development, incumbency training, the service object, leads of hospital. The adoption layering draws samples the method with stratified random sampling. 500 professional of hospitals are investigated and 462 ones are effective. The effective returned rate is 92.4%. Measures the total letter degree (Cronbach' s a )of the form as 0.97, has been predicted the proof, that deal watch has good letter degree and effect. Measuring the form does answer form as the type of Likert of five the form of amount of point. Result applied the SPSS 11.5 software analyzes the data, sample is with the percentage, average value, the standard differs to do to describe the analysis, analyzing the difference of the personal characteristic in employee's approval of the medical personnel with the t-test, One-way AVOVA.The result: 1.The medical personnel is higher to the total job satisfaction, particularly on the service object, employee duty index sign the score is tallest.2.to is lower with personal related index sign approval, is lowest to the approval of the wages income particularly.3.Through covariance, different job employee's approval shows the difference, this is main because of the profession special of the hospital, a glimmer of employee works risk, work the pressure is very big, so the satisfaction is lower. Different sex, age, work time limit, title, suffer the total approval in community in level of education difference not very.Finally basis this research result, to how to increase employee's approval put forward the related and concrete suggestion.
