The Aconite Licorice Attenuated Mechanism - Component Compatibility Explore

Drug compatibility is a special feature of Chinese medicine. We give an example of the compatibility of Radix Aconiti Laterlis Preparala and Radix Glycyrrhizae, and try to explicate the reducing of their ill effects after their compatibility from component parts interaction angle.Under the guidance of the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine, with the screening of pharmacodynamic experiments, we got six components parts. Using modern analytical techniques to analyze the component parts, we establish systems to check and measure normal components.On the basis of definite active extraction and quality controlled of the components part, the ill effects' reducing of Radix Aconiti Laterlis Preparata and Radix Glycyrrhizaes' components part compatibility out body are studied with molecular imitate techniques, it was tested and verified by modern analytical techniques. Two animal models were used to inquire the ill effects' reducing in vivo. Through studying the reducing ill effect in vitro and in vivo, we have come to a conclusion that components part compatibility is reliable and scientific.
