Chinese Chronological Medicine originated from the ancient Chinese philosophy and Huang Di Nei Jing has become an independent branch of the Chinese medicine. The research of the subject involves the history of Chinese Chronological Medicine's development, the understanding of human body's biorhythm, the knowledge of the origin of chronological diseases, the schedule of acupuncture and taking medicine, the timeline of the prevention and the preservation. In addition, Chinese Chronological Medicine is integrated with Other sciences such as meteorology, Chronology, Wu Yun Lu Qi , Zhou Yi Xue, and etc. Thus, the thorough analysis of the relations among the scientific subjects will help ensure Chinese Chronological Medicine as a branch of science. After researches of Chinese Chronological medicine were acknowledged by scholars and scientists around the world, the research of Chinese Chronological Medicine has reached its peak. Many Chinese scholars and scientists began involving the research in the area. From late 70's to mid-80's, scholars mainly gathered and reorganized the ancient Chinese medical literatures, records; and documents to compare them with the researches that were done in the modem Chronological Biology. In mid-80's scholars focused on the research of the similarity and the difference between Chinese Chronological medicine and the modem Chronological Biology, and tried to identify the frequency of death and menstruation influenced by the movement of moon using the method ofstatistics. In late 80's, many experiments began to be performed. Most of the experiments were subject to the research of the mechanism of Qu Xue Zhen Ci Fa. Since 90's, the gathering of ancient literatures and documents has almost stopped. Instead, clinical practices and experiments have become the main stream. The theoretical researches are primarily based on the clinical practices and the experimental results. Therefore, according to the outcomes of the theoretical researches, Typhoid Theory ,Jin Kui Yao Lue, Zi Wu Liu Zhu Zhen Fa, and other ancient Chinese medical literatures, especially Wu Yun Lu Qi in Huang Di Nei Jing, have been reevaluated and their values and their importance in Chinese Chronological Medicine has been confirmed. The author has realized the position of Chinese Chronological Medicine in Chinese Medicine. Chinese Chronological Medicine has become an independent branch of Chronological Medicine. However, such an independent study has not be conducted in Korean Medicine. At the first time, the author is trying to combine Chinese Chronological Medicine with Korean traditional She Yan Zhen Fa. Hopefully, the article not only introduce She Yan Zhen Fa to Chinese doctors who practice Chinese Medicine, but also introduce Chinese Chronogical Medicine to Korean doctors who practice Korean Medicine so that it can help them to improve the clinic treatments with She Yan Zhen Fa.
