Used such as frequency,the decision tree and neural network and so on to define evaluation standards of syndrome-factor to conclude mainly syndrome-factors. the results that Toxico-Pathogentic Factor exist in four-stages in CHD from beginning to end, And Toxico-Pathogentic Factor take role in CHD in different stages reflect with relations with different syndrome. There are lots of theory and science data, which provide a new method that Toxico-Pathogentic Factor utilized in other diseases research.Material and method:According to the State republic standards, browse and abstract lots of articles relatively from past to present. subject to consult clinical experts, conclusion rule of syndrome-factor, syndrome-character, and syndrome pathogenesis evolution of CHD, which base on theory of modern psychological measurement and the introduction of the structured decision- making to apply scale learn method .Subject to clinical character of CHD, we form system of clinical index which design and establish clinical experts questionnaires of syndrome–factor, syndrome-character, and syndrome pathogenesis evolution rule. Content of item in scale learn and expression method are judged. the item are revised, increased and decreased and adjusted several times by using Delphi way to ensure item contents of questionnaires consistence with clinical character and syndrome, meanwhile reliability and validity questionnaires are evaluated excellent, so we finish framework and contents of questionnaires. there are 1218 clinical experts in 6 different of areas of China that is Northeast ,Northwest, North ,Southwest, south of China involve survey questionnaires ,which entry and check to establish three-dimension structural correlation database(in short expert questionnaires database).we utilize frequency and decisions-tree and neural net and statistic so on to analysis database.Results:1. Mainly disease syndrome factor of coronary heart disease in the four-stages of frequency results: Toxico-Pathogentic Factor in four phases(early onset period ,paroxysm period, remission period, recovery period) frequency distribution follows: recovery period)frequency distribution separately as follows: 39%,84%,56%,36%.Gradually increased frequency in earl and paroxysm period,and general Equilibrium decline in remission and recovery Period,show the changes the development trend from vigorous to failure.2.Relationship of major coronary heart disease syndrome and syndrome factor by statistic result shows: Syndrome factor of the Toxico-Pathogentic Factor in the early onset period of Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome ,Qi stagnancy and phlegm resistance syndrome .In the Paroxysm Period of Yang malaise heart syndrome,Cold coagulation heart vessel syndrome,Blood stasis Yang syndrome,Qi stagnancy and phlegm resistance syndrome .In the remission Period of cardiopulmonary Qi deficiency syndrome,Liver and spleen no coordination syndrome,Heart kidney Yang syndrome,in the recovery Period of Heart Qi deficiency syndrome,Qi and Yin deficiency syndrome,Yang,Qi stagnancy and cold ,the frequency distribution in between 22.41%一100.00%: on the contrary, different the syndromes in stages of Toxico-Pathogentic Factor ,in which frequency distributes in 12.15%一61.57%between.Gradually increased frequency in early and Paroxysm Period,and general equilibrium decline. The item of four phases of CHD are applied in histogram by frequency distribution, which connect with TCM pathogenesis theory to analyze each variable changing in early onset period ,paroxysm period, remission period, recovery period of CHD. The results show that most of variable appear in early onset period and paroxysm period. During paroxysm period that variable is heaviest. Generally variable decline trend in remission period, recovery period that extent lighter.
