PurposeIn this study,100 patients with hyperuricemia in early stage Syndrome Research was carried out. Survey focuses on the distribution characteristics of the Syndrome and high uric acid associated with the dietary habits, age, sex distribution, designed to explore the hyperuricemia of TCM syndromes, syndrome and treatment for the clinical standardization provide a reference.MethodIn this study, Dongzhimen Hospital, Beijing University of Chinese Medicine found in patients with hyperuricemia in the early investigation, collection and met study inclusion criteria do not meet the exclusion criteria,100 cases related to disease information and laboratory test results. Input data and the data were statistically analyzed.Result1 Study found that the selected cases, gender and prevalence of hyperuricemia between the statistically significant difference in age segmentation and prevalence of hyperuricemia showed no correlation between age and can not be considered High-linear relationship between serum uric acid. Body mass index and prevalence of hyperuricemia were significantly different.2 Study found 100 cases of patients with hyperuricemia and their eating habits statistical difference between uric acid, and occupational groups with no significant correlation.3 Study found 100 cases of hyperur icemia in patients with common symptoms of kidney deficiency, spleen deficiency, qi deficiency, damp, wet muddy cards, qi card performance. Syndromes distribution to damp the first place 87%, followed by Qi deficiency, accounting for 83% kidney deficiency syndrome, accounting for 72%, spleen deficiency, accounting for 66%, yin deficiency, accounting for 51%, Yang deficiency, accounting for 50% frequency of greater than 50%.4 Combination of most of the actual situation syndromes mixed, multi-card combination of seven,19%, eight syndromes, accounting for 17%, five-card combination,14%, reflecting the actual situation of hyperuricemia mixed, the basic of the virtual real Syndrome features.Conclusion1 In the studied cases, more men than women, suggesting that more men than women are more at risk of hyperuricemia.2 Body mass index and the occurrence of hyperuricemia is closely related, suggesting that obese people more likely to hyperuricemia.3 Drinking and smoking on uric acid in patients on HUA.4 Multi-card combination, the actual situation is a mixture of HUA significant features of the syndrome. HUA deficiency is common in patients with type-designate to the Qi-based, kidney, spleen, standards implementation in order to humid, phlegm-based.The more limited the scope of the Institute selected patients, the sample was selected to be in the future to expand the amount of research conducted on a larger scale, may have features of syndrome of the disease have a complete grasp of and t'he clinical significance of different syndromes have Deeper understanding.
