Objective: To research the distribution features of TCM syndrome type and its relationship with ABCG2 gene and the related index of glucolipid metabolism. Methods:Screened 603 hyperuricemia patients in Xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional male Asthenospermia and First people’s Hospital of Kashi in Uygur and Han Nationality:300 patients is Han Nationality,303 patients is Uygur Nationality. The general situation, the related indexes of glycolipid metabolism and the questionnaire of TCM syndrome types were recorded, and the differences among ethnic groups were compared. To analysis single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP)of ABCG2 gene rs2231142 and rs2725220,to explore the correlation between gene loci and in Uygur and Han nationality and TCM syndrome type.Result:(1)In Xinjiang, the TCM syndrome types of hyperuricemia in both Uygur and Han were mainly phlegm retention syndrome. The proportion of phlegm retention syndrome in Uygur was lower than that of the Han nationality(P < 0.05).The ratio of spleen deficiency syndrome, damp heat syndrome and kidney deficiency syndrome in Uygur was higher than that of Han nationality(P <0.05).(2)Low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in phlegm retention syndrome group of patients with hyperuricemia was lower than that of non phlegm retention syndrome group.Blood glucose(GLU)is higher than that of non phlegm retention syndrome group. In Uygur nationality, the triglyceride(TG)in the phlegm retention syndrome group was higher than that of the non phlegm retention syndrome group. In Han nationality, the cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in the phlegm retention syndrome group were lower than those of the non phlegm retention syndrome group, the differences were statistically significant.(3)Compared with the non phlegm retention syndrome group, the distribution of rs2725220 loci in the phlegm retention syndrome group was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion:Distribution characteristics of TCM syndromes of hyperuricemia of Uygur and Han nationalities; In general, there is a correlation between phlegm retention syndrome and the related index of glucolipid metabolism. No significant difference between the gene polymorphism of ABCG2rs2231142 loci and hyperuricemia phlegm block syndrome.the rs2725220 locus is associated with hyperuricemia phlegm block syndrome. |
