Benefit Qi And Blood To Liver Or Kidney Medicine Clinical Study On Ivf - Endometrial Receptivity

Purpose:To observe the effect of herbal medicines of strengthening Qi and blood, tonifying liver and kidney on endometrial receptivity in the first and re-cycle IVF-ET.Methods:1 The group of first IVF-ET249 cases infertility patients were randomized into two groups, group A (N=115) and group B (N=134). two groups received routine regimen of IVF-ET. Additionally, group A received CuHuangti Granules from the day of medication of GnRH-a, received JinghouZengzhi from the day of medication of FSH to the day of administering HCG, and was given CuHuangti Granules from the day of embryo transfer. The datas of clinic (Dosage of Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), Ovulation Time, the Estrogen,Luteinizing hormone,Progesterone,Endometrial Thickness on the day of Cashmere gonadotropin injection, Number of retrieved oocytes, implantation rate and gestation rate) were compared in the two groups.2 The group of the re-cycle IVF-ET82 cases infertility patients were randomized into two groups, group A (N=41) and group B (N=41). two groups received routine regimen of IVF-ET. Additionally, group A received herbal medicines of strengthening Qi and blood, tonifying liver and kidney to treatment according to differential diagnosis three menstrual cycles before IVF-ET treatment and in the IVF-ET treatment. The datas of clinic (Dosage of Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), Ovulation Time, the Estrogen,Luteinizing hormone Progesterone,Endometrial Thickness on the day of Cashmere gonadotropin injection, Number of retrieved oocytes, implantation rate and gestation rate) were compared in the two groups.Results:1 The group of first IVF-ETthe difference of serum E2,P,LH level were insignificant between the two groups on the day of administration of HCG (P>0.05). The implantation rate and gestation rate in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05). The morbidity of OHSS in group A was lower than that in group B(P<0.05).2 The group of the re-cycle IVF-ETNumber of retrieved oocytes, High-quality embryo rate, Between the two groups have No statistically significant difference (P>0.05). The thickness of En, group A is thiner than group B(P<0.05). But, The thickness of En betweet 8-13mm, group A is more than group B(P<0.05).the difference of serum E2,P,LH level were insignificant between the two groups on the day of administration of HCG (P>0.05). The implantation rate and gestation rate in group A was higher than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of herbal medicines of strengthening Qi and blood,tonifying liver and kidney can increase the implantation rate and gestation rate during assisted reproduction by increasing the endometrial receptivity.
