| Objective:To study the antitumor and immunomodulatory effects of the injection of Xiaoaiping on experimentally implanted tumor of H22 in KM mice. Methods:The bearing tumor mouse model with H22 was established for anti-tumor experiment. The tumor mouse models were asigned into 5 groups, the XAP three different doses groups (10g/kg·d,20g/kg·d 40g/kg·d), the positive control (5-Fu) group and the negative control group. Each group was administered intraperitoneally, and calculated survival time of tumor-bearing mice and tumor volume. Then a separate normal control group was added. Treating 7 or 14 days later to observe the effect of XAP on the hibitory rate of tumor, indexes of spleen and the body weight excepting tumor weight. Using flow cytometry analysis the T cells, NK cells and NKT cells in peripheral blood.Results:1. Compared with the negative control group, the all XAP groups showed a significant difference in survival time, the weights of the bearing tumor mice and the tumor growth (P <0.05).2. After treating for 7 days and 14 days, the spleen index of each dose of XAP group was significantly higher than the negative control group(P<0.05). Compared with the normal control group, the T cells and NKT cells in blood was significantly lower in negative control group after treating for 7 days and 14days (P<0.05). After treating for 7 days, compared with the negative control group, the NK cells rate was increased in each dose of XAP group (P <0.05). Besides, the 20g/kg-d of XAP group and the 40g/kg-d of XAP group showed the T cells growth in the same time (P<0.05). After treating for 14 days, although there were no differences of NK cells between each group (P>0.05), it showed the further growth of the T cells in each dose of XAP group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The injection of Xiaoaiping could inhibit the growth of H22 tumor in KM mice. It could prolong the survival time; increase the body weight and the quality of life of tumor-bearing mice. Its anti-tumor immunity effect maybe achieve by increasing the immunity cells selectively in different time. |
