[Absract] Objective To observe the anti-tumor activity and life extension of tumor loaded mice of complex Chong-lou on transplanted H22 in mice. Methods H22-transplanted mice were randomized into four groups:control group, Cyclophosphamide group, compound recipe of mylabris group,normal-dose Complex Chong-lou (117mg/kg.d),low-dose Complex Chong-lou (58.5mg/kg.d), anti-tumor activities,as well as changes of animal body weights and life extension were recorded. Results Compared with the control,normal-dose,low-dose of Complex Chong-lou showed suppression on 34.81%(P=0.003),8.28%, in spleen index was no significant difference, but in low-dose of Complex Chong-lou group compound increased trend; and the life extension on 91.4%(P<0.001),13.5%. At the same time, Cyclophosphamide showed the advantage of anti-tumor activities and evidenced inhibitory effects on body weights (P=0.011). The difference of dose of Complex Chong-lou showed no obvious changes in animal body weights. Conclusion The normal-dose Complex Chong-lou group showed obvious anti-tumor activity, and prolonged the life extension.
