Climacteric Syndrome In Patients With Physical Type Of Tcm Syndrome Type Correlation Analysis

【Objective】To observe common TCM syndrome and TCM physical type of perimenopausal syndrome by way of collecting clinical data about perimenopausal syndrome, to discuss the physique and the characteristics of type of TCM syndrome of the patients and the relationship between them.【Methods】116 cases which were accord with the diagnostic standard of perimenopausal and were visited in Teaching Hospital of Chengdu University of TCM and Sichuan Provincial People's Hospital in September 2009 to March 2010 were collected. Clinical questionnaires were filled out and TCM syndrome and TCM physical type were determined, the management with spss16.0 statistical analysis package.【Results】1. Type of TCM syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome was as follows:Yin deficiency of kidney were 45 cases (38.79%); Yang deficiency of kidney were 10 cases (8.62%); Yin and Yang deficiency of kidney were 10 cases (8.62%); stagnation of liver-QI were 35 cases (30.18%); Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were 16 cases (13.79%).2. Physical type of perimenopausal syndrome was as follows:moderate physique were 6 cases (5.17%); physique of Qi deficiency were 5 cases (4.31%); physique of Yang deficiency were 10 cases (8.62%); physique of Yin deficiency were 42 cases (36.21%); physique of phlegmatic hygrosis were 2 cases (1.72%); physique of dampness and heat heat were 17 cases (14.66%); physique of blood stasis were 2 cases (1.72%); physique of stagnation of Qi were 32 cases (27.59%).3. Physique was a influencing factors of type of TCM syndrome (P<0.05), there were differences in the distribution of type of TCM syndrome of every physique, in which Yin deficiency of kidney were more common in physique of Yin deficiency (P<0.05); stagnation of liver-Qi were more common in s physique of stagnation of Qi (P<0.05); stagnation of liver-Qi were more common in physique of dampness and heat heat (P<0.05)【Conclusion】1. Yin deficiency of kidney, stagnation of liver-Qi and Yin deficiency of liver and kidney were common type of TCM syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome.2. Physique of Yin deficiency and physique of stagnation of Qi were primary physical type of perimenopausal syndrome. Physique of dampness and heat was minor physical type of perimenopausal syndrome.3. Type of TCM syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome of physique of Yin deficiency were more in Yin deficiency of kidney; type of TCM syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome of physique of stagnation of Qi were more in stagnation of liver-Qi; type of TCM syndrome of perimenopausal syndrome of physique of dampness and heat were more in stagnation of liver-Qi.
