ObjectiveA randomized controlled study, we observed Cullen body acupuncture and moxibustion combined with conventional, purely conventional body acupuncture spleen deficiency type to improve the clinical efficacy of perimenopausal symptoms syndrome cases, the use of Western Kupperman score sheet and syndromes score sheet to record the two groups of patients before and after the symptom score. Cullen tries to explore the effectiveness of moxibustion improve perimenopausal syndrome symptoms, the use of traditional Chinese acupuncture methods to help the majority of perimenopausal women smooth transition of menopause and improve their quality of life.ResultsThe study inclusion criteria according to test60patients screened spleen deficiency type to meet the requirements of perimenopausal syndrome, randomized, controlled clinical trials, divided into treatment group and control group, the treatment group received eight points Iverson cone moxibustion Cullen30cases of ordinary acupuncture method combined with the control group, only30cases of ordinary acupuncture treatment. Acupuncture point selection:EX-HN1, DU20, RN6, BL23, BL20, ST36, SP3, KI3. Periumbilical moxibustion group, after the line routine acupuncture, select Cullen cone eight point line looks pretty strong direct moxibustion5each, three times a week for four weeks for a course. Western medicine score sheet records using two sets of scores, using data collected by SPSS19.0statistical analysis software package.ConclusionAccording to the modified Kupperman scoring analysis, treatment groups were markedly and significantly better than the pre-treatment score; Comparison of efficacy between the two groups, but the display Cullen moxibustion group was significantly better than acupuncture group (P<0.01), patients treated abdominal pain, thermophilic hi, loose stools thin, thin vaginal discharge quantity hi other clinical symptoms than the control group (P<0.01).
